I am sharing this YouTube video not to promote the book it references at the end (I have never read it) but rather because I feel that this is a message that every corporate decision maker needs to keep in mind. SocialMedia is here to stay and its impact is huge. Either corporations learn how to engage and drive the conversation or they will be simply the unwilling subjects of it.
