In my 3 part series on social media evangelism, its role and tools, I talked about the aspects of engaging an audience/clients/prospects using the tools available in social media today. In the process of these engagements the social media evangelist has exposure to great feedback from those who are best qualified to provide information on the products/services, the consumer. Those organizations showing the the forethought to begin engaging their audience with the type of social media evangelism I described have a golden opportunity to improve their offerings and show a real responsiveness to customer input by including the social media evangelist in the product development lifecycle.
